Albert “Hurricane” Kraus, the Dutch kickboxing legend and 2002 K-1 Max champion, will face Russia’s Adsalam Barkinkhoev in the co-main event at ACB 16 on July 13 in Romania. ACB Kickboxing officially announced the bout yesterday. Kraus is 1-0 with ACB KB. He defeated Marius Tita at ACB 3 back in 2015, also in Romania. The Dutch star mainly fights in Asia these days, and is coming off a questionable decision loss to Li Zhuangzhuang in May at Kunlun Fight 74. Kraus also lost to Nordin Ben Moh on points at Enfusion 62 in February.

Barkinkhoev was involved in an entertaining battle with Vadim Davydov at ACB KB 15 in April, scoring a third round knockdown to secure a decision victory.

The ACB KB 16 main event will feature popular Romanian fighter Andrei Stoica against Donegi Abena of the Netherlands. Abena fights out of the famous Mike’s Gym in Amsterdam.
