After an amazing May with three major events in three weeks, ONE Championship’s next big show takes place on 15 June in Shanghai.
ONE: Legendary Quest features a Muay Thai title bout, and three other Super Series bouts were also announced.
The promotion’s top female kickboxer Stamp Fairtex will defend her ONE Muay Thai Atomweight Title against Alma Juniku. Fairtex holds both kickboxing and Muay Thai titles in the ONE organization, defeating Kai Ting Chuang and Janet Todd for the titles.
She’ll be facing a a young Australian who’s also a titleholder. The 18-year-old Juniku is a WBC champion. She’s fought for the Eruption and Aggression promotions in Australia, and has also competed in Thailand.
Moroccan-Dutch warrior Tarik Khbabez returns to ONE. Khbabez is 3-0 in Super Series contests, and defeated Romanian star Andrei Stoica in his last outing. Khbabez faces former GLORY title challenger Anderson “Braddock” Silva.
Liam Harrison and Andrew Miller, two Thai-boxing standouts from the United Kingdom, also are scheduled in separate bouts.
