One: Kingdom of Heroes Results: Souwer Loses, Chuang Dethroned, Ramazanov Impresses

ONe: Kingdom of Heroes Poster

Anthony Njokuani spoiled Andy Souwer’s One Super Series debut, defeating the Dutch legend by split decision in Bangkok. It seemed to be a very close fight, with Njokuani circling away from Souwer a lot in the first round. Souwer had a better second round, and the fight seemed even on the cards heading into the last round. Round three also seemed very close, with Souwer the aggressor and Njoukani seeming to do the better scoring. It looked like it could have gone either way. Unfortunately for Souwer, the judges thought Njokuani did the better work.

In other bouts, Thailand’s Stamp Fairtex captured the One Atomweight Kickboxing Title with a unanimous decision over Kai Ting Chuang.

Alaverdi Ramazanov of Russia made a good impression in his Super Series debut, winning a unanimous decision over decorated Thai Petchmorrakot Wor. Sangprapai.
