News: Kunlun Fight 75, Buakaw, Colosseum, DSF

June 1 has been officially announced as Kunlun Fight 75. Superbon Banchamek and Dzianis Zuev of Belarus will face each other in the headline bout. Both men competed in the 2017 Kunlun Fight Super Max 70kg finals earlier this year, losing to tournament champion Marat Grigorian. Grigorian defeated Zuev on points in the semifinals and knocked out Superbon in one round to win the tournament.

Another fight announced for Kunlun Fight 75 is a match up between former world boxing champion Amnat Ruenroeng and Lin Qiangbang. Ruenroeng is 38 years of age, represented Thailand in the Olympics, and is known in China because of a unanimous decision win over Chinese hero Zou Shiming that was viewed by millions. Qianbang was a finalist in the 61.5kg tournament held earlier this month. He seemed fortunate to get a win over Japanese fighter Taiga in the opening round, but impressively won his semifinal bout before losing to Wang Wenfeng in the final.

Here is the fight card released today.

Buakaw Wins in Hong Kong
Thai legend and former K-1 Max World GP winner Buakaw Banchamek defeated Australia’s Victor Nagbe by unanimous decision Monday in Hong Kong. The fight headlined All Star Fight 4. Buakaw was just too skilled for the tough Nagbe-he made Nagbe miss a lot of his big shots and was the superior fighter in the clinch and landed the better shots.
