One of the biggest galas of the summer takes place on 6 July in Yerevan, Armenia.
Thousands of fans are expected at Mix Fight 42, which takes place at the Karen Demirchyan Sports Complex.
Mix Fight promoter Vardan Mnatsakanyan today released the fight card for the internationally broadcast event, which is being promoted in association with Gorilla Fighting Championship.
Mix Fight 42 features K-1 Rules kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and also Muay Thai.
Nine bouts are scheduled for the main card, including two title fights.
Top Spanish female fighter Lara Fernandez, who challenged for a title last October, meets Lilit Dallakyan of Armenia.
Gor Nazaryan faces Gor Sargsyan in a WBC Muay Thai National Title bout in the 61.2 kg weight category. Nazaryan is a top Armenian prospect who signed with Mix Fight after an impressive win against Spain’s Angel Martin in February.
In the other title bout, Carlos Campos of Spain and Albert Amirdzhanyan meet for the ISKA Intercontinental Title at 65 kg.
ISKA Oriental Rules champion Mikel Sortino is scheduled for action against Davit Andreasyan in a non-title bout to be fought under K-1 rules.
Three unbeaten MMA prospects will also compete, as Armen Gulyan, Zhora Ayvazyan, and Migran “Maestro” Arutyunyan face experienced Brazilian opposition.
