Former Glory super bantamweight champion Anissa Meksen wasn’t interviewed after her highly controversial split decision loss to Jady Menezes at Glory 56 Friday. The French fighter, considered by some as the world’s top female kickboxer, did send out a tweet addressing the controversy.
Quelle blague !

Meksen was considered a clear winner by most fans who watched the bout, and fans heaped abuse on the judges (who are appointed by the state athletic commission not the promoter) and the promotion on social media in the aftermath.
The English translation is as follows:
“What joke !
But rest assured I believe in destiny and so if tonight I got stole it’s just what was meant for me …
Thank you for all your messages of astonishment and support 😉”
