News: Enfusion Returning to UK, KOK 58 at York Hall, Lion Fight 41 Results

Enfusion Returning to UK for show in Newcastle upon Tyne
Enfusion will hold an event on June 9 in Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. The event will be held in association with Coalition Promotions, and some match ups have been announced.

Jordan Watson of England will face Regilio Van den Ent of the Netherlands in the main event. The 30-year-old Watson is one of the UK’s top fighters, and has fought in big Muay Thai events in Thailand and Europe. He’s also competed for Enfusion, Bellator Kickboxing and GLORY. Watson is coming off a stoppage loss to tough Endy Semeleer last year at Enfusion 55. Van den Ent fought in the big Abu Dhabi tournament last year, losing a decision to Superbon Banchamek.

In the co-feature, Iman Barlow of the UK defends her women’s bantamweight title against Lara Fernandez of Spain. Barlow has won belts in Enfusion and Lion Fight, and lost a bid for the WMC belt last year.

There is also a four man tournament scheduled, as well as a number of super fights. Ticket info and updated fight announcements can be found at Coalition Promotions Facebook page.

KOK London Event Headed to Famed York Hall
KOK published some fight posters indicating that the KOK 58 event on July 7 will be held at the famed York Hall in the Bethnal Green section of London. York Hall is a historic London boxing venue, and many of England’s best fighters fought there on their way up the ranks. The intimate venue holds around 1,200 people so it should easily sell out. It’s a great move for KOK to hold a show in Western Europe and book a venue with historical significance and not too large. KOK 58 will feature a four man lightweight tournament featuring Dominic Matusz, Fabio Barrios, Liam Nolan, and Ramal Aslanov.
