King of Kings returned to Lithuania for an event at the Zalgirio Arena in Kaunas. The large crowd in attendance was treated to pro boxing matches, MMA, and kickboxing bouts held under KOK and Muay Thai rules.
Rising prospects Ramonds Aukstikalnis and Mindaugas Narauskas prevailed in their bouts, and veteran Sigitas Gaizauskas scored a first round knockout.
Mindaugas Narauskas (LTU) def. Rodrigo Mineiro (BRA)-Unanimous Decision 71kg (KOK Rules)
The featured bout was a rematch of an earlier draw between the young Narauskas and Mineiro, a Brazilian who resides in the Netherlands. Narauskas landed the more damaging blows during the bout, as Mineiro looked to stick and move. Narauskas landed some good body kicks and a few good punches. Mineiro started to tire late in round two. Narauskas improves to 15-3-3. Mineiro is now 13-2-9.
Ramonds Aukstikalnis (LVA) def. Tomas Steponkevicius (LTU)-Unanimous Decision 85kg (KOK Rules)
The 22-year-old Aukstikalnis outboxed the scrappy Steponkevicius en route to a wide points victory. Aukstikalnis used his jab effectively, and got the better of the action with superior quickness. Steponkevicius absorbed some solid punches and low kicks. Aukstikalnis, who is a KOK GP winner, improves to 16-2-2. Steponkevicius evens out at 6-6.
Sigitas Gaizauskas (LTU) def. Danny Parker (GBR)- KO Round 1-74kg (Muay Thai Rules)
Gaizauskas came out and applied patient pressure to the less experienced Parker. With Parker in the corner, the Lithuanian connected with a left hook that hurt Parker, and followed up with a right elbow and knee as Parker went down. The British youngster was stunned and took the full count. Official time was 01:47. Gaizauskas improves to 47-3-13. Parker suffers his third loss to slip to 16-0-3.

KOK returns to action next Saturday September 29, as the KOK World Series makes its debut in Slovakia.
