DSF Kickboxing Challenge heavyweight champion Piotr Romankevich of Belarus will defend his title against Tomasz Sarara on Saturday December 8, the promotion announced today. The bout headlines the DSF Kickboxing Challenge 18 event taking place in Zabki, Poland.
Romankevich is making the third defense of his title. In his last title defense, the Belorussian knocked out DSF and Superkombat veteran Dawid Zoltaszek with a high kick at DSF Kickboxing Challenge 14 in April. He fought in the Czech Republic in July, where he lost by TKO to veteran Tomas Hron.
Sarara is a veteran who had a big win in his last bout. The Polish fighter defeated Glory fighter Tomas “The Slovakian Giant” Mozny by TKO. That bout took place as part of a big boxing event.
In other DSF Kickboxing Challenge news, the organisation announced there will be a Poland-Belarus challenge under K-1 rules as part of the gala.
DSF Kickboxing Challenge events are often streamed live and free outside Poland on the DSF Live platform.
