GLORY heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven is holding a Fan Day this Saturday December 1 in Utrecht, Netherlands.

The event is “interactive”, according to an invitation released by manger Karim Erja. Fans can experience “a day in the life” of the champion, and will also be able to take pictures with Rico and ask questions.
Trainer Dennis Krauweel and Rico will hold an “open training”, and the champion will also make a “special news” announcement.

Verhoeven is one of the most popular fighters in the Netherlands, appearing on late night television programs and also playing himself in appearances on tv shows. Since winning the GLORY title in 2014, the 29-year-old champion has made eight successful title defenses.

Verhoeven last competed at Glory 59 in September, when he won a unanimous decision against challenger Guto Inocente.
