GLORY Kickboxing issued a press release Thursday morning with more fighters announced for the GLORY 67 event taking place on 5 July in Orlando, Florida. It’s the promotional debut for GLORY in Orlando, an entertainment and tourist destination that hosts the world-famous Disney World resort.
Former interim champion Kevin Vannostrand returns to the GLORY ring in a featherweight contest.
The New York fighter, known for some exciting finishes and an unorthodox style, snapped a two-fight losing streak with a decision over Massaro GLUNDER at GLORY 61 in November.
Teenage phenom Rebekah Irwin also returns. Irwin, only 18, won her GLORY debut with a unanimous decision over Stephanie Skinner in February at GLORY 63.
Ninth-ranked featherweight Asa Ten Pow, who resides in Florida, will also make an appearance on the card.
Also added were exciting lightweight contender Elvis Gashi, unbeaten Mexican prospect Abraham Vidales, and Keeman Diop, a Florida fighter with a 2-1 record.
GLORY 67 takes place at the Silver Spurs Arena in Orlando. Petchpanomrung Kiatmookao of Thailand defends his GLORY Featherweight World Title against Anvar Boynazarov in the main event.
In the co-feature, former super bantamweight champions Tiffany van Soest and Jady Menezes collide, with the winner likely to challenge for the GLORY Super Bantamweight Title in the near future.
