The “Big Boys” of kickboxing, the heavyweights, take center stage Saturday night in Moldova.

FEA, a partner of KOK, is promoting a big event at the Manej Arena in the nation’s capital of Chisinau.

The FEA World Grand Prix event includes an intriguing four-man heavyweight tournament featuring Czech Republic veteran Tomas Hron, Tsotne Rogava, Roman Kryklia, and Daniel Lentie.

Hron defeated Piotr Romankevich in the summer to win a WAKO title at the Yangames 2018 event. The Czech veteran has split two fights with first round opponent Kryklia, a former Tatneft Cup and K-1 World GP Serbia champion. Kryklia was the runner up in the Kunlun Fight 69 Heavyweight Tournament, losing in the final to Iraj Azizpour of Iran.

Rogava is the reigning ACB Kickboxing heavyweight champion. The Ukrainian defeated Jhonata Diniz of Brazil by decision to win the title at ACB KB 15 in April. He’ll face French-Cameroonian veteran Lentie in the semifinal round.

The vacant KOK 71 kg title is on the line as Moldova’s Vitalie Matei, a KOK tournament winner, faces Andrei Leustean of Romania.

Dutch-Moroccan star Esma Hasshass, who fights out of the Hemmer’s Gym, looks to get back on track against Feride Kirat. Hasshass lost a controversial decision to Nadejda Cantir in a KOK title fight in March. Cantir is also scheduled for action against Anna Avakova of Ukraine. If both ladies are victorious, a trilogy fight between the two is a natural, since both Hasshass and Cantir each hold one win against the other fighter.

Top Moldovan fighter Stanislav Renita is also scheduled for action against Francesco Picca of Italy.

Here is the fight card (subject to change). For more info, check out FEA Moldova on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

The FEA World Grand Prix 2018 will be broadcast on the FEA Fights TV platform on a pay-per-view basis.
