Top Polish promotion DSF Kickboxing Challenge announced Sunday Polish veteran Lukasz Jarosz will debut for the organization at its 23 February event in Lublin, Poland.
The 39-year-old Jarosz is an accomplished kickboxer. He won the ISKA Super Heavyweight Title in the low kick division in 2006, and also won an eight man K-1 rules tournament. In the tournament final, he defeated popular Polish kickboxer and MMA fighter Marcin Rozalski by decision.
His record is listed at an impressive 41-0-3, with 34 wins by stoppage.
With Rozalski, Tomasz Sarara, Jarosz, and former UFC fighter Daniel Omielanczuk all competing in DSF’s heavyweight division, there are some fights that can be made that will surely generate interest with Polish fans. Sarara is scheduled to challenge reigning DSF Kickboxing Challenge heavyweight champion Pitor Romankevich in December.
The February DSF event will also include a Poland vs Ukraine challenge event.
